Hi, I am James Garcia, a Digital Media Strategist who specializes in page layout and brand design, graduating in the Fall of 2023 with a B.S. in Digital Media at The University of Houston. Currently, I am working with Sig’s Lagoon Record Shop as an online marketing strategist and producer.
Outside of my current work, I have been a part of several projects with local brands, and businesses and am always seeking out opportunities to grow and diversify my skillset as a DIGM producer. In attending the University of Houston, I learned to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and developed a broad skillset that has prepared me to tackle any aspect of digital media production.
In my spare time, I serve as creative director for Elevator Days, a local Houston Indie/alternative band, for which I also play bass. While working with Elevator days, I have tackled a wide variety of projects and have served as a producer, videographer, video editor, and graphic designer on several occasions.
